Mixers

Every year, Diversity in Engineering collaborates with the University of Alberta and industry professionals to allow students to connect with other members of underrepresented groups. The events are structured as collaborative icebreakers and networking, followed by a question and answer panel. Past mixer events include underrepresented genders, disability and neurodivergence in engineering. Currently, Div E is collaborating with the ISSA to host an Indigenous students in STEM mixer in Fall 2025.
